The hallmarks of a good Vietnamese chicken curry (ca ri ga) is a bright yellow soup made with: curry powder, turmeric, fish sauce, premium coconut milk, shallots and organic lemongrass.

The chicken is marinated for 24 hours before soaking in all the flavours and slowly cooked with carrot and potato for 4 hours!

Available in a Vegetarian option for my Vegetarian/Vegan friends.

What makes a Vietnamese chicken curry special?

The soup is a lot more watery that Indian curries and similar in consistency to Thai curries.

Slurp and enjoy with chopsticks, slurp with a spoon this kit is perfect to add to your winter meal rotation.
