We weren't convinced we could actually make a vegan phở broth that would live up to its meaty cousins …until we cracked it!

Containing more than 15 vegetables, fruit, herbs and spices, our Phở Chay broth is a thing of beauty, wit’s all the depth of flavour and subtle complexity of the best bone broths.

Served with organic, sustainably pressed tofu. Hand selected by our chefs, it soaks up the phở broth whilst retaining a meaty bite and crunchy bok choy makes the whole dish plant-based phở perfection!
