Bun Xao is a Vietnamese noodle dish made with marinated protein (beef, chicken or vegan choices), vermicelli noodles and fresh vegetables all topped with toasted peanuts and Vietnamese dipping sauce (nuoc cham).
I made these vermicelli bowls last week, and it tasted so good I knew I had to share these with you. It’s the perfect dish for summer because it has all these fresh vegetables paired with the most amazing lemongrass flavours that you will sure love!

- 24hr marinated 100% grass fed beef cubes, chicken or mushrooms (400g)
- Vermicelli noodles
