Bo Kho is the Vietnamese version of beef stew and comes from Southern Vietnam. Kho is the Vietnamese word for braise because you essentially braise the beef in the aromatic.
Saigon Cook's Bo Kho is made with: beef shank, beef broth, tomato paste, fish sauce, carrots, ginger, garlic, shallots and organic lemongrass.
The beef is marinated for 24 hours before soaking in all the flavours and slowly cooked with carrot making it the most luxurious stew you've ever tasted!
Slurp and enjoy with chopsticks, slurp with a spoon this kit is perfect to add to your winter meal rotation.
